Swiproll Technologies ("Swiproll", "we", "us", or "our") operates the content tracking platform available at swiproll.com. We are based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at ben@swiproll.com.
2. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it when you use Swiproll — including our website, web app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
3. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information — your first name, last name, and email address when you sign up.
- Profile information — your content niche, primary platform, secondary platforms, and pipeline preferences set during onboarding or in Settings.
- Content data — pipeline cards, ideas, brand deals, performance metrics, assets, and notes you create inside Swiproll.
- Payment information— when you upgrade to Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
- Communications — if you contact us by email, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages you visit, features you use, actions you take, and timestamps.
- Device information — browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Session data — how long you use the Service and which features you interact with.
Information from third parties
Google OAuth — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide and improve the Swiproll Service.
- Personalize your experience — your niche and platform inform how Crew AI responds to you.
- Process your subscription payments via Stripe.
- Send transactional emails — account verification, trial reminders, notifications about your content pipeline, and billing receipts. These are sent from notifications@swiproll.com via Resend.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Monitor for security issues, fraud, and abuse.
- Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
5. AI Features
Swiproll includes an AI assistant called Crew, powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you use Crew:
- Your messages and content context (card details, deal information, analytics data) are sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
- Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
- We do not use your conversations with Crew to train AI models.
- Thumbnail images you upload for Crew analysis are sent to Anthropic as part of the vision API request.
6. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances.
Service providers
We work with trusted third parties:
- Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Resend (transactional email delivery)
- Anthropic (AI assistant Crew)
- Vercel (hosting and deployment)
- Google (OAuth sign-in)
Each of these providers processes your data only as needed to provide their service to us and is bound by data protection obligations.
Legal requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Swiproll, our users, or others.
Business transfers
If Swiproll is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not share your information with anyone else.
7. Data Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as you have an active account with us. When you delete your account, we permanently delete all your data — including your profile, content cards, ideas, brand deals, assets, and pipeline data — within a reasonable timeframe. We may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you for analytical purposes.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Secure database storage via Supabase with row-level security.
- Access controls limiting who can access production data.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and will notify you if a breach affects your data as required by applicable law.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Swiproll uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in to your account (session cookies).
- Remember your preferences.
- Understand how you use the Service.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect your ability to use Swiproll.
10. Children
Swiproll is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us at ben@swiproll.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Export your data.
- Withdraw consent to data processing where consent is the legal basis.
Canadian residents (PIPEDA) — You have the right to access your personal information and request corrections. Contact us at ben@swiproll.com to make a request.
EEA and UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR) — You have additional rights including the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Google Sign-In
If you use Google to sign in to Swiproll, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use your Google account information only to authenticate you and populate your Swiproll profile. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or by a notice inside the Service. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
